We are looking for an Associate Lawyer who is eager to learn, highly coachable, and ready to grow in a fast-paced legal practice. Our litigation practice spans courts and tribunals across the country as cases are filed in Metro Manila, Cebu, Western Visayas and Negros Island Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling litigation, arbitration, corporate, and other legal matters assigned by the firm

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, motions, contracts, letters, and other legal documents

• Attend hearings, conferences, client meetings, and other proceedings as needed

• Support senior lawyers in case management, evidence preparation, and strategy development

• Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, courts, agencies, and internal team members

• Monitor deadlines, case developments, and action items to ensure timely delivery of work

• Remain available for urgent legal matters that may occasionally require responsiveness beyond standard office hours

• Contribute to the firm’s commitment to excellent client service and high-quality legal work

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Newly admitted lawyer, fresh bar passer, or lawyer with up to 1 year of experience

• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills

• Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback

• Independent thinker who can follow direction and work well within a team structure

• Willing to work in a demanding, high-performance environment

• Organized, dependable, and able to manage pressure and competing priorities

• Committed to professional growth and continuous learning

• A guaranteed basic salary plus monetary (variable income can be more than the basic salary if performance warrants) and non-monetary incentives depending on qualifications and fit
